  For my next visit I was booked with someone who they said was more senior. I could tell she had more experience and for my next four or five wax sessions they went well. Then came my wax appointment today on June 9th. THE SKIN UNDER MY RIGHT EYEBROW IS MISSING. No, I have made absolutely no changes to my diet or my skin care. There us no reason for my skin to be more susceptible to ripping off. I am SO disssapointed with the lack of skills that the current staff have at the metrotown location.

  One of the stylist who said she has 30 years experience with curly hair. This was supposed to be long layers. Here is what it looks like. My sister got her hair done. It looks chopped, whether she leaves her hair curly or straightened (as seen in pics). So disappointed, feeling $80 flushed down the toilet.

  I see Laura for my cut and colour regularly she is a true artist stylist, she always does something a little different and it always looks great!

  Very snooty girls. I had gone in to purchase a gift and had a few questions that weren't even properly answered. I was super kind and instead I got treated with them talking about us and I caught the one girl who I saw staring at us while her coworker was whispering to her the whole time...From the looks of it... looked super awkward so I'm assuming it must have been bad. Anyway if you want better customer service and better value of your time I suggest going elsewhere.

  I used to be a loyal customer and frequently had my eyebrows and upper lip waxed. My first esthetician was a girl named Pauline who did amazing eyebrows each time. I was so sad the day I called to book an nd appointment and was told she had left Eccotique to work downtown. I honestly thought I would never find anyone else who compared. But then I was introduced to Maria, who truthfully did even better. She was so sweet and delivered exceptional customer service. I saw Maria for years! Sadly a few months ago she had to retire due to hand pain. Since then my luck and satisfaction with the company has gone down dramatically. It's nearly non existent at this point.

  After Maria I was booked with a girl who J was told was new but very good. Well, the day of my Valentine's Day dinner with my boyfriend this girl ripped the skin off of my lip. I sat in bed crying and trying to ice my lip because it was Valentine's day and my boyfriend had planned out a huge surprise. I was also CHOKED. I called in and complained and they apologized and said my next visit would be comped.

  My wife had her haircut here yesterday and is in tears at how poorly and atrociously her hair turned out. Her hair cut request was a simple blunt cut leaving her hair all one length. Instead her hair came out looking like a 6-year tried to layer it. Buyer beware: be prepared to drop $65.00 plus tax on the worst hair cut of your life.
