  It's a busy location so it's usually quite messy here. The cookbooks aren't organized in a way that makes sense for a customer because of all the subcategories but then how do you know where those categories are? Couldn't all of Jamie Oliver's cookbooks be together instead of several different places? Not the easiest to find things. Felt the same way with looking for children's and junior fiction. Stores are browsing friendly but if you're looking for something specific then shop online. And if you need it urgently, go to Amazon.

  But, you will get lost in the store f you don't know where you should look for an item, seriously looks like a maze, I recommend the store manager to provide a map of the place. You can get the records of he item of interest using the PC but finding the actual place is a different story and when it gets crowded you will be spending at least half an hour to find someone who can help you. That is the only problem about this place in my opinion, other things seem good, however better prices would be more attractive to anyone.

  Books are good, but definitely would not recommend the accessories cuz the quality needs to improve. And it doesn't seem to be a safe place to walk around. I got harassed in the store by a pervert. And different people walking in and out from the store as the shortcut. Watch your belongings and kids when you're there.

  Great location; here you will find books, gifts, a small selection of tech, and a Starbucks. It's a nice place to visit on a shopping day. Everything is clean and well looked after.

  I recently went in to find something in there seasonal area. I couldn't find it there so I asked someone at the front. Within 2 mins I had the item and purchased it. Line move fast and the place has a good vibe.
