  I took my Chrysler 300 on Saturday and they did a great job on it. I have been dealing with Midas for the last 9years and I absolutely love their craftsmanship and great service.

  These guys have been servicing my last two cars and I think I've been with them for at least 7 or 8 years. I find them to be consistent, reliable and honest. There have been times where I've taken my car to another autoshop and was told I needed something replaced (ie- shell out money because I don't know anything about cars) and when I come here for a second opinion, they'll tell me the parts are still good. I also find them to be very friendly and great customer service .

  I agree with Jeff O. My wife was dealing with the previous advisor, Monty, who brought back my wife’s business due to his pleasant customer service . He retired and that’s when everything changed. New advisor, Tony Susi is pleasant at first but got defensive and rude when our vehicle part wasn’t installed but claim it was. The dealer provided proof that the part wasn’t changed. Rude to my wife and even lied about giving the old part back which wasn’t. FYI: parts they use are generic and in low quality such as oils and brake shoes. Also, it’s amusing that Tony gave himself a 5 star review. Too bad, was going to return but not anymore. And if Tony reads this post, here’s the proof ! UPDATE: i found they indeed replaced a part. The wrong one. At least vehicle is running. Unfortunately, no compensation for wrong doing. Shame.

  I've been bringing my grandpa's car to Midas on Imperial since 2012 & have returned for the past 5 years. Monty is one of a kind - friendly, funny & honest. He's the main reason that I've returned over & over. (Hope his health is improving!). Reza is great too - though he doesn't work there anymore. With coupons, price comparisons (for those of us on a tight budget!) & fast, reliable service - I definitely recommend Midas, especially this location :D
