  Mastercuts is my favourite hair salon, they can usually seat me right away but if not I can do other errands in the mall while I wait. They understand what I want and I always leave with my desired result. The prices are average but the quality is definitely worth it.

  I was very disappointed when my friend and i came to cut our hair together, I always cut my hair with Liz or Cassandra because they are the best hairdressers there but on that day they weren't working and we needed to get a hair cut so this short older lady cut it for us and it was a disaster we were both freaking out when she was cutting it cuz she looked like she didn't know what she was doing and kept on asking us how much we wanted our hair cut off. She didn't cut much from our hair and she charged us full price when there was barely any hair on the ground. I really want to come back and have either Liz or Cassandra to redo my hair cuz it wasn't fair that I paid for a crappy hair cut I'm so disappointed!

  first time was okay. second time the stylist butchered my hair, and i had to sit with my eyes closed to avoid cringing because it felt like she had no idea what she was doing. i don't know why i went there again the third time, but i have never regretted getting a haircut so much. i got a different stylist this last time who gave me hope by talking like an actual hair dresser, but i can't wait to go elsewhere to fix what he's done to my hair. it is so uneven, chopped at random places and completely unstylable now... i guess that's what you get for being lazy and not booking with your usual trusted stylist...

  Based on the avera review here, I guess I got lucky. Nice haircut made by Nahid. Very pleased. She was constantly asking me through the process and was very nice. Will come again.
