  I met Forrest four years ago when first considering the sale of my townhouse. He patiently stayed in touch until I was finally ready to make my move. Forrest confidently guided me through the process while calming my uneven nerves and boosting my occasional pessimistic outlook for an early sale at asking price. In the end there really wasn't any doubt in success. not only did the house sell after the first open house but it also went ten grand above asking. Forrest and his support team of cleaners and odds and ends guys were top notch. We are not finished yet. I am now extending our relationship to the purchase of my next home.... Thank you Forrest!

  Forrest Missar helped me to find a flat in 2014. After discussing my budget and what it was I was looking for, Forrest set up appointments to see quite a few places. He was very patient with me and listened closely to what I had in mind. His attitude was always very positive and upbeat and he offered a lot of very good advice. He eventually found me a wonderful one bedroom suite in a fantastic building; I couldn't be happier with it. In addition to helping me find the flat, he also arranged for me to speak with a Mortgage Broker and a Notary Public; both of whom were very professional and wonderful to work with. Forrest still checks in from time to time to see how I'm getting on. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a place to buy.

He also has a group of preferred professionals such as handymen, cleaners etc who are both excellent and reasonably priced.
