  Almost no size 27's in the whole store when I went. I understand that's mostly out of the stores control but when I asked when the store would be getting new shipments, everyone in the store was clueless. There's no system to let them know if the Templeton location has your size. Bizarre.

  It was also one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I said 'hello' and 'how are you' to three people before I had to ask someone specifically to help me. And she seemed reluctant even then. Definitely would not recommend to anyone.

  I always feel pressured when I visit this store. Within seconds of walking into the store today I was approached and I said I was just looking. Seconds later I was asked for a size and if I wanted to try something on hurriedly. Less than a minute later I was asked the same question again. I didn't even have time to even think about what I was looking at. Her tone was very pushy so I asked if she was in a rush or had to go somewhere. She seemed confused so I repeated myself, then she apologized and left.

  Not only did they refuse to take the return, or exchange, I wasn't able to speak to the manager even when the store clerk had called her.

  Guess being a older person, 50,and a Levi wearer my whole life has no bearing on me knowing my size and what I need. Perhaps if one of the staff would actually take the time to ask and offer assistance a sale "could" be made. Maybe I came to close to closing time and socializing while folding up was more important. I will try the Bay very least I will be acknowledged and staff will make a effort to help with my needs.
