    Hospital-like, institutional mediocre frozen food. Reconstituted powder mashed potatoes, frozen peas/peas & carrots with every meal, small portion cardboard-like meat smothered in canned gravy. Few exceptions, but mostly barely edible. Compare to about a third of the cost for supermarket frozen entrees, like Stouffer's, which taste a lot better, I don't see the value in "Better Meals" for those who are able to shop for an alternative. For people who have no other options, the service - if not the food - has merit. They have free (with $35 order), reliable delivery.

    Perfect sized portions, great menu selection, always extremely consistent quality. At my age could not live without them. Professional and consistent phone service Solutions well.

    What a friendly staff! When I went to their office to ask some questions about their business, they were super friendly and open to answering all of my inquiries. Great people, delicious food, safe storage. 10/10.

    I am not one to leave reviews (especially negative ones) but I was terribly disappointed with the quality of these dishes. In all honesty, I could of easily picked up some frozen meals at the supermarket that would be of the same quality. The wrap I ordered actually had to be discarded as it was just too dry to eat. The delivery person was less then pleasant and unfortunately I will not be ordering from this meal service again.
