  Great place for a stroll around the water. In the summer it's an ideal location for a barbeque, but usually gets very crowded, so arrive early to get a good spot. There is also an off leash area for dogs, so you can let your flurry friend run around. Your can usually spot herons here, and on occasion bald eagles too.

  Beautiful and quiet. Lots of picnic benches and little spots for fishing. I recommend bring a canoe orkayak if you have one and a crabbing net to drop off shore, my father has been taking me there to go crabbing since I was a little kid. The only major downfall is it's a no dog park, which usually puts me and my husband off as we like to take the pup with us on such outings.

  It is a beautiful summer park with picnic tables and a swimming area. There are no dogs allowed normally but we were there in middle of winter.

  Peaceful. Amazing place to spend time with family, friends or yourself. You can fish, rent a bote and have a bbq time. Enjoy!!

  I love this place! It loses one star for not having enough parking. But it's beautiful and serene, with incredibly clear waters. Great for watersports! The area also has a lot of history as a mill town. There is also a trail and picnic tables for those not interested in swimming and kayaking!
