  I have had chronic pain for over 10 years and have been to every type of practitioner imaginable. Gizelle at Absolute Physio is the best RMT I have been to. After each visit, I notice significant pain relief. She tailors each visit to target the areas where I will benefit most. She often offers valuable recommendations for exercises to do between visits and they really work! I would recommend her to anyone, whether you are in pain or just need a massage for relaxation.

  Thomas is a excellent practitioner with obvious abundance of knowledge in related discipline. Being top sportsmen it's certainly help Thomas to understand challenges of one who experience physical discomfort an allow him to have comprehensive approach in providing a help.

  My sister and brother in law recommend Christina when I was in a car accident. My back and neck were super tense and my movements were limited. Christina was a very professional and sweet! We worked together about 4 months, she respected my limits, kept me active with my routine and specially teaching me how to deal with my limits, my pain and when to push hard or not! Treatment was concluded with success! I have no more pain and if I get my neck/back tense I know what to do! Cant thank you enough, Christina!

  Thomas helped me a lot. I was rear ended early this year, I saw Thomas (physiotherapist). He provided a lot of good excercises that you could help yourself at home. Which it did help. He also did hand treatment on the injured area.

  10/10 Would come here for accidental injury again! Christina brownlow was my main physiotherapist, very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Every session was fun / enjoyable.
