  Worked with Arthur once and I have to say that work has been done perfectly. He has strong opinion but he is flexible and has professional customer service. That’s their strong points. I recommended them to my family looking for a roof to be fixed. Highly recommended!

  Artur and his team from Pro Torch roofing did an excellent job on the torch on roof for the townhouse complex I manage. Over the years we had worked with 2 other torch on roofing companies and the Artur's team was the best; fair price and delivered a great product.

  Artur at pro torch roofing completed a project for us he ''claimed'' would work, and it has been noting but problems. We have been trying to get them to take ownership of the issue to no avail. This process has taken 18 months , and get an answer he has finally responded by saying he isn't taking ownership of their poor workmanship. In the 18 months there was continuous calls, and emails which would rarely get returned. After th 18 months he finally decided he won't be taking ownership of the issue. We will be proceeding with legal action as there has been no other choice. I would be weary of the other reviews as it's possible to create your own.
