  However the zipper on the exchanged boots also broke! Returned to the store the next day really dissatisfied with that style of Levi’s boots, only to be told they would only exchanged for the same ones. Obviously after the second zipper broke I didn’t want to try my chances on a third.

  Horrible! I can't believe this place is in business! my daughter left in tears. She need to purchase shoes and had the cash but the staff wouldn't help her by getting the size to try on. unreal. teenage staff all standing around being rude and not actually working. Our plan was to buy 2 pairs of shoes, instead we left with nothing. Your loss JOURNEY . I would give zero stars if I could.

  The manager on duty was very unhelpful and after some discussion we agreed to settle on an exchange of the same value. However to my disbelief, after paying close to $140 for the original pair, they were now on sale for $109! and the manager would only agree to the exchange of the valve of $109 or less.

  I work in the mall and passed by the store today, couldn't hear the music at all. Must have just been horrible staff working on the weekend.

  The music was incredibly loud. It hurt my ears. And I'm not that old! It was like standing beside a speaker at a concert. I even covered my ears for a few moments before leaving, and the staff made no effort to turn the music down or help us.

  My wife purchase kids shoes here and got charge 12 percent tax when she went in and ask why one one of the girls lie and said some store charge different and the girl who sold us the shoe said she can return the taxes but gave us really bad service started mocking us and she didnt even admit she was wrong for charging us instead she made fun of my wife and our kids this is the worst customer service i had from a retailer place we will never buy shoes in there again!! Need to train all of the employees on guest service!
